Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used oral care products cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
