Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with UBrush™. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our product (personal hygiene device), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The hygiene seal (if applicable) must remain intact
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or opened.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:
Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if product is damaged or defective)
We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Do not send items back without prior approval.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
If confirmed, we will offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used hygiene products
- Items returned without approval
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
